How It Works

A four-step pipeline from raw data to actionable risk alerts

1
Data Collection
Case data entered by health district officers each week. Climate data fetched via OpenWeatherMap; NDVI processed from NASA MODIS satellite imagery uploads.
2
Data Processing
Raw case reports are cleaned and aggregated into weekly counts per regency (and per puskesmas in Bantul).
3
Risk Score Calculation
Statistical deviation, clustering, and severity criteria are combined into a weighted score to classify outbreak risk for the period.
4
Risk Communication
Risk scores displayed as risk-coded dashboard cards with actionable health recommendations for officers.
